Terrence Williams has been a notable and influential member of the community. At a very early age, he had a vision of being an entrepreneur, a teacher, and mentoring others. After being a Middle School Teacher, Coach, Drivers Education Teacher, Little League and High School Sports Official, Military Army Reserve Soldier, Life Insurance Producer, and holding other community leadership positions, Terrence realized how tasking it is to work for money and also how less stressful it could be to earn money. After all, he thought he could be in control and knew about it all, but it wouldn’t stick – bills and expenses always kept him bogged down despite how much he earned.
Terrence utilized his experience of teaching, coaching, & mentoring others for their benefit. He had always had a passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, and helping others in their endeavors. He used the power of what he dubbed “The Compound Effect On Bad Events” to grow his life passion for real estate. He began as a real estate “Buy & Hold” Business under “Williams Realities.” However, not too long after, the company flourished with many more endeavors.
He began to perform Facebook “Walk and Talks”- he walked several miles while performing motivational speeches live on Facebook, encouraging people to exercise and start doing positive activities during “COVID-19 work at home order.” He created a few Real Estate Investing Groups to teach wholesaling, creative financing deal structures, & more. Owing to the several partnerships he has developed, Williams Realities is now a marketing company, making money by helping other businesses through affiliates’ programs. Terrence is willing to conduct motivational speeches for young adults, schools, churches, and other events & settings. Contact him at WilliamsRealities.com to book him for an event.
